185 Shopping Days Until Christmas

It’s getting to be that time of year again, you know the one where stores want to remind you of how few shopping days you have until Christmas (today there are only 185 left). They all proclaim that you can save XX% if you buy now. I guess they are not prepared for shoppers like me; I know I’ll save 100% if I don’t open my wallet.

But in spite of that, this morning’s coffee brings nostalgic memories of holidays’ past. Weird to be thinking of such things on some of the hottest days of the year, yes? Well, I don’t plan on taking a trip down Memory Lane on you this morning, but know it’s in my head now, so I’ll probably be listening to carols on one of my devices today.
