Hubbin and I began a workout program about a month ago and we have been diligent about completing the routines six days a week. We do about twenty minutes of stretches on Mondays through Saturdays, cardio Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and Saturdays are strength training days. Sundays we rest and recoup. He has only missed three days due to his surgery, but I was sure to complete my end of our routines during his down times.
Today’s stretching told me just how sore I was from yesterday’s cardio, so I modified several of the stretches to accommodate my soreness. I’ll also modify my diet today to accommodate the modified energy requirements. Nobody’s told me to do this; it just makes logical sense.
